Why reminders work
Most clients who miss an appointment simply forgot. A short reminder the day before gives them the chance to come, or to cancel in time. A cancellation in time can be filled, a no-show cannot.
What happens, exactly

- Bookings made less than 12 hours ahead get no reminder.
- Cancelled bookings get no reminder.
